2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservations and Deposits
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts vary by service.

- Accommodation is subject to property owner/manager terms.
- The Company acts as an intermediary only.
5.2 Event Management (MICE)
- A detailed proposal will be provided for all MICE services.
- Changes may incur additional charges.
5.3 Theme Park and Other Tickets
- E-tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- The Company is not responsible for operational changes at attractions.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability
- The Company acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for their performance.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, natural disasters, political events, or disruptions.
6.2 Force Majeure
- The Company is not liable for failure due to force majeure events.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Complaints
- Complaints must be reported immediately during the trip or event.
- Formal written complaints must be submitted within 7 days after service completion.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
- Both parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration under Malaysian law.
- Legal proceedings, if required, will be held in Selangor, Malaysia.
